Chute Cleaning Division is Marshall’s company: a born-and-raised New Yorker who has cleaned building chutes since 1994. Over 32 years he and his crew have completed more than 5,000 chute cleanings across the tri-state area, almost all of them from word of mouth.
The guy who knows the buildings
Marshall started cleaning building chutes in 1994 and learned the job one building at a time: pre-war brick chutes, post-war metal chutes, compactor rooms and the intake doors and baffles on every floor.
More than three decades later he still shows up in uniform and still does the work. He’s cleaned chutes in Parkchester’s buildings, for Silverstein Properties and in Brodsky properties, and supers and managers have passed his number along the whole way.
